Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Because some products ship directly from our partner brands or distributors, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Dropshipped & Partner-Fulfilled Items
Endurance Update operates as a curated endurance marketplace. Many products are fulfilled directly by the brand, distributor, or supplier. This allows us to offer a wider selection of swim, bike, run, recovery, and endurance products.
Because of this, shipping timelines, carriers, and packaging may vary by item.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Endurance Update is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at [your email address]. We will do our best to update the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking information shows a delay, please contact the carrier first for the most up-to-date information.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
